Call to Order   Board meeting was opened at 7:05 p.m. by Vice President, Chris&lt;br /&gt;     Glazik.  Others Present.  Board members,  Linda Chapman, Roy Duffer, Michele&lt;br /&gt;     Escobedo, Yvonne Harshey, Ruth Phillippe, and Mary Ann Rauer,   Also present:&lt;br /&gt;     homeowner, Sharon Duffer.   Absent:  President, Jeff Anders      &lt;br /&gt;                  &lt;br /&gt;2.  Minutes of Last  Meeting .   Board members having seen the February minutes, &lt;br /&gt;     Roy Duffer made a motion to approve the minutes as typed.  Mary Ann Rauer&lt;br /&gt;     seconded the motion. Motion passed.       &lt;br /&gt;        &lt;br /&gt;3.  Treasurer’s Report.                                                                                                                       &lt;br /&gt;     February Report.   Linda Chapman questioned as to why several lots are missing on&lt;br /&gt;     the receivables section of the report.  It is believed this is due to fact some have paid&lt;br /&gt;     already.  Chris Glazik made a motion to accept the report.  Mary Ann Rauer seconded&lt;br /&gt;     the motion  Motion passed.&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;4.  Old Business.                                                      &lt;br /&gt;     A.  Changing Guidelines.  Jeff Anders had suggested a committee be formed to go&lt;br /&gt;           over the Guidelines, but he didn’t appoint one.  Mary Ann Rauer made a motion&lt;br /&gt;           this be carried to the April meeting.  Ruth seconded the motion.  Motion passed. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;     B.  P &amp;amp; M Management.                                                                                    &lt;br /&gt;           l.  Ruth Phillippe mentioned the February minutes state someone on the Board&lt;br /&gt;               would need to notify P &amp;amp; M whenever we want to cancel a mowing due to dry&lt;br /&gt;               weather, but no Board Member was designated as the contact person.  At the&lt;br /&gt;               March meeting Chris Glazik offered to be the contact person, and Mary Ann&lt;br /&gt;               Rauer suggested Chris do it or if not him, she could do it.  Again no definite&lt;br /&gt;               decision was made.                       &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;           2.  Mary Ann Rauer mentioned that P &amp;amp; M was to provide a current copy of&lt;br /&gt;                insurance, but hasn’t yet.  This is carried to next month.                                                                &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;     C.  Recent Storm Cleanup.     At the February meeting Property Manager, Bernie&lt;br /&gt;           Eggener, stated the insurance company said there is no coverage on the pond  and&lt;br /&gt;           cleanup is a HOA obligation.  Roy Duffer is raising the question then, “Is there&lt;br /&gt;           liability coverage on the ponds?”  Also, the Board needs a copy of the insurance&lt;br /&gt;           coverage.                                   &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;     D.  Easement Around the Lake.     It was discussed at the February Meeting as to who&lt;br /&gt;           is responsible for cleanup and mowing of the easement around the lake and&lt;br /&gt;           whether the owner owns down to the lake. At March meeting it was stated we&lt;br /&gt;March 10,2008 Minutes con’t&lt;br /&gt;Page 2&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;           would also need to decide what we will do if we don’t have P &amp;amp; M mow it.    &lt;br /&gt;                                                               &lt;br /&gt;     E.  Violation at 852 Inland.       Ruth Phillippe has mailed a letter to the homeowner&lt;br /&gt;          and will do follow-up.                                            &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;     F.  Two lots on W. 10th Street.     Yvonne Harshey had done some research with the&lt;br /&gt;          County Record’s Office who says these lots are still platted as part of Lakeland&lt;br /&gt;          Farms and should be governed  by Lakeland Farms, which is a part of Austin Lakes&lt;br /&gt;          North HOA. Yvonne also stated that Bernie should state our position on this to&lt;br /&gt;          Triton. Ruth Phillippe mentioned that IF Triton legally has these lots and that the&lt;br /&gt;           lots are no longer platted to Lakeland Farms,  why can’t Triton SHOW US&lt;br /&gt;           PROOF with copies of the same instead of just write us a letter stating such &amp;amp;&lt;br /&gt;           such?                                     &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5.  New Business. &lt;br /&gt;     A   Mary Ann Rauer mentioned her neighbor didn‘t get permission to build a storm&lt;br /&gt;           shelter, and they rerouted rain water, which now comes and stands on Mary‘s lot. &lt;br /&gt;           Also, the fence is falling down  Ruth mentioned she might contact the County&lt;br /&gt;           Drainage Board, which she has decided to do as a starter.                                                        &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;     B.  Linda Chapman mentioned we need to work on changing the Covenants and&lt;br /&gt;          Guidelines and that she would be willing to head up a committee to work on&lt;br /&gt;          these.                                                                                                                  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6.  April Board Meeting.    The next meeting will be held on April 14, 2008 at 7:00&lt;br /&gt;     p.m. at Arby’s in Avon.  &lt;br /&gt;                   &lt;br /&gt;7.  Adjournment.      There being no further business, Yvonne Harshey made a motion to&lt;br /&gt;     adjourn. Mary Ann Rauer seconded the motion.   Motion passed.
